It consists of robust and high-quality machines, trays in different shapes and sizes, sealing films with optimal functionality and transport solutions for easy handling. It also gives you the flexibility and convenience you need.

With our sealing films and sealing frames, you can seal your menus airtight and leak-proof: Perfect for safely transporting special dishes containing sauces.

The flavour of your dishes is also perfectly preserved by the airtight packaging and cold dishes can be stored for longer.

You can also prepare and pack larger quantities for delivery later. You will find common sizes and shapes that can be used with the Duniform® sealers.

The range of sealed Duniform® menu trays is diverse. In addition to classic round and oval trays, there are also rectangular and square versions that can hold frozen, chilled and hot food.

We also offer sealed packaging in gastronorm (GN) sizes, which give you full control over the use of resources in preparation.

All packaging is stackable and designed for convenient transport.

Stable and temperature-resistant: Menu trays made of polypropylene Our menu trays made of natural materials stand out for their high practicality and environmental friendliness. Whether sealed, with a hinged lid or closed separately: The menu packs can easily be stacked on top of each other and thus be taken along for several people.

Sealing trays made with polypropylene (PP) are suitable for MAP-compliant sealing of hot as well as cold food due to the material properties. MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) functionality allows you to extend the shelf life of your food, reducing food waste and simplifying planning. For this reason, they are preferably used in the Home Meal Replacement (HMR) sector to ensure the greatest possible freshness.

Menu trays with a PP coating are made from vegetable fibres and also offer a natural look.

In addition, they are easily stackable and available in several colours (white, black, transparent) and designs (undivided, divided in two).

Environmentally friendly and food-safe: sealing trays made from renewable raw materials

Our meal trays made from plant-based and fully compostable materials set new standards in sustainability and functionality. They are made in Europe from renewable wood fibres and a thin bio-based coating and are available in classic and practical formats. Together with a compostable bioplastic sealing film, available separately, they fit perfectly with our Duniform® sealing concept. The thin, removable PE/EVOH coating makes the trays heat-resistant (up to 100°C) and MAP-approved.

They are available in different materials (bar lane, cardboard) colours (white, black, grey), shapes (rectangular, square) and divisions (undivided, divided in two, divided in three).

So that nothing gets lost: Spill-free menu and beverage packaging with RPET and CPET

Menu trays made of recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET) and crystalline polyethylene terephthalate (CPET) stand out for their exceptional strength for transporting drinks and dishes containing sauces. The sealable menu trays have a sleek design and are made of 100% RPET, which is kind to the environment. The trays are available in many different sizes and with different compartment sizes and you can choose between the colours black and white. Not only sustainable, but also heat-resistant: They can withstand temperatures of up to 220 degrees.

And if you want to extend the shelf life of your food, the trays are perfect for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).

Show your food at its best and ensure a leak-proof, secure fit with crystal clear films. The films for sealing food are basically made of bio-based and recycled components, do not fog up and can be personalised for your company. This turns your packaging into an effective advertising medium. The top sealing film provided for this purpose is of course also compostable.

The transparent film ensures that the tray is securely sealed. It too can be made of different materials.

Universal sealing film

The film is suitable for trays made of PP, cellulose as well as PET and can be used for a sealing temperature between + 140 and 210 °C. The film is particularly robust and can be used without any problems. The film is particularly robust and can be used in refrigerators, freezers and microwaves without any problems.

PP sealing film

The PP sealing film is just right for sealing trays made of PP or with a PP coating. Thanks to the thicker film, the film is somewhat stiffer and therefore easier to handle. It also has an anti-fog coating so that the film remains clear and does not mist up when the food is hot.
