The kitchen, under the direction of Florian Lechner and his team, combines Bavarian brewery classics with creative dishes, such as the cowboy steak from the wood-fired grill. The restaurant is also committed to sustainability and, where possible, sources organic or Naturland quality food, which is labelled on the menu. In the beautiful beer garden, guests can experience Bavarian beer garden culture with shady chestnut trees and a comprehensive range of food and drinks. All in all, the Paulaner Nockherberg combines tradition, quality and sustainability in an inviting ambience.
